Application and Consumer Protection
These terms and conditions apply to the purchase agreement that you as a consumer conclude with Cross Sportswear International AB, corporate identity 556600-4072. To take advantage of your interests as a customer, the provisions of the Consumer (Konsumentköplagen SFS 1990: 932), Distance and Doorstep Sales Act (Distans- och hemförsäljningslagen SFS 2005: 59) and Privacy Act (Personuppgiftslagen SFS 1998: 204) on all purchases at www.cross-sportswear.com.
Prices and Fees
The prices listed on www.cross-sportswear.com include value added tax (VAT). Prices quoted for shipping applies to shipping and return within Sweden.
Establishment of a contract for the purchase
You can order products from Cross Sportswear on www.cross-sportswear.com. A contracts of purchase has been established when your order has been confirmed by Cross Sportswear by e-mail to the e-mail address you entered when ordering. By ordering you accept these Terms and conditions. Cross Sportswear does not include contracts with minors (under 18) without parental approval. For the moment we can only enter into agreements with customers with shipping address in Sweden.
Cross Sportswear use the following shipping options:
- Package with DHL – goods are sent to the nearest delivery. When the package is ready to be picked up a text message will be sent with information to the mobile phone number specified in the order. Upon return of item to be valid identification document is required.
- Normal delivery time is 3-5 working days from the time Cross Sportswear has confirmed your order by email.
If an item gets delayed, you will be contacted by our customer service. If this happen, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
Unclaimed packages / Shipments
Packages that have not been collected within fourteen (14) days will be returned to Cross Sportswear. If this happens, you are charged a fee of 250 SEK for costs related to Cross Sportswear administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unclaimed packages are not subject to rights of regret (Ångerrätten).
Regrets and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 14 calendar days after you have received them.
If you wish to return your order for a refund, it’s very easy, just follow the steps below. If you need help to return the order, please do not hesitate to call our Customer Service at +46 (0)8 522 464 60 or email webshop(at)cross-sportswear.com.
Step 1. Pack the products you wish to return – ideally in the parcel originally provided.
Step 2. Write your name, address, phone number which order/invoice number it relates to on a paper and enclose in the package (this is very important).
Step 3. Take the parcel to your nearest service office and obtain proof of postage or ask for a receipt. Please make sure you choose a shipping alternative that will be delivery directly to the warehouse and not to a service point. Send your return to the following address:

Your return will be your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
If you want to return part of an order.
When you receive confirmation from Cross Sportswear that your return is registered, you pay the remaining amount of the invoice you received with your order. You will not get a new paying-in form, just use the invoice you already received and deduct only the amount of the return before you pay.
It’s important that you don’t pay for the part of your order that you keep before you have received confirmation that the return is received. If you pay a portion of your bill without we have received your return, the system will think you want to pay your bill in parts via Klarna account and will then automatically create an installment account.
If you paid your order by card: Once we have received your return the money will automatically go back to the card you paid your order with within a few days. The amount of time it takes will depend on your bank or card issuer. Unfortunately this delay is out of our control.
Returning defective products
When we ship your products, we do our best to make sure that the products are top quality and in perfect condition. In the case of defective products or inconformity with your order, you will have the choice of returning the defective product and we will refund you the purchase price and all shipping cost when our Customer Service has handled your return. You may also choose to keep the product and ask for a price reduction. Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
The claim shall be made when you discover the defect. Any notice given within a period of two months after you discovered the defect is deemed a timely notice, but in certain cases a longer period may apply under applicable law. In case of claims please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org, who will arrange for the product to be collected by our courier. If you wish to place another order, our Customer Service will be happy to assist you.
For customers subject to Swedish law you have the right to return the product within 36 months.
Cross Sportswear offer two different payment options; Card Payment, or Invoice Payment. All payments are encrypted via Cross PCI certified partners – DIBS and Klarna. DIBS is certified under the new stricter safety requirement PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).
If you pay with credit/debit card, your card will be authorized when you place your order, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful. We will not charge your card until we process your order and ship it from our warehouse.
If your card is not authorized, no charge will appear, and you will be notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment.
Card Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard or other payment card listed as alternatives at the time of payment. Card number, card expiry date, CVC code, and for some cards even 3D Secure code is required. For the moment it’s not possible to pay by cards issued by foreign banks.
When choosing to pay with Klarna (invoice/faktura), an additional invoice fee (fakturaavgift) of 29 SEK will be added to your order. Payments are due within 14 days and the invoice will be sent to you separately by e-mail. In order to qualify to pay on invoice (faktura), you need to have turned 18 years old, pass the credit check at the point of purchase and have Sweden as country of residence (folkbokförd i Sverige).

In the event of circumstances outside Cross reasonable control, such as in the event of a change in legislation, government actions, strikes, blockades, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar occasions, Cross Sportswear obligation to honor the purchase agreement are postponed as long circumstance prevails. If the delay exceeds two months, both you and Cross Sportswear are entitled to terminate the agreement immediately without any obligation to pay damages.
Cross Sportswear is responsible for the personal information submitted in connection with purchases handled in accordance with the Privacy Act (Personuppgiftslagen). By approving the purchase agreement with Cross Sportswear, you agree that your data is stored, in order to process your order and complete the purchase, facilitate future purchases, allow updating of your order status and to send you newsletters and offers from Cross Sportswear, or Cross Sportswear partners, through SMS, e-mail or other direct mail. As a customer you can take advantage of the saved data, modify them or ask for deletion. You can also at any time withdraw your consent to receive offers.
At any inaccuracies in stock status Cross Sportswear to correct this. If the item is discontinued or otherwise unavailable Cross is not required to provide the goods but can suggest an alternative. All pictures should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reproduce the product’s exact appearance and characteristics.
We follow Consumer Complaints Board Allmänna reklamationnämndens) testimonials and Swedish law in case of dispute.
